SINCE 1919 PRODUCTION OF MACHINE TOOLS AND PRECISION INSTRUMENTS MADE IN ITALY
Mario Di Maio began his activity in 1919 at the service of goldsmiths, jewelers and silversmiths and artistic training schools and then expanded into the industrial sector for the design and construction of machine tools for the processing of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
In 1955, the new factory was inaugurated in Gerenzano by their children Eliseo and Rosa Di Maio to produce rolling mills, rolling trains, shears, automatic cutting machines, semi-automatic and automatic manual sheet lathes, edgebanders, riveting machines, circular shears, balancers, hydraulic presses for shearing, coining, drawing and mechanical hammering presses for the chain, lathes for diamond cutting the chain, drawing benches, profiling and drawing machines, metal melting and annealing furnaces, systems complete with injectors and vulcanisers for lost wax casting, finishing equipment in general, including galvanic ones, rotary and magnetic tumblers, benches for cleaning and polishing with aspirators and workbenches, systems for recovering metals from water and dust.
The Commercial and Administrative management of Mario Di Maio spa is located in the factory.
